Policies

Boating License Required: PA law mandates that anyone born January 1, 1982 or later must have a boating license/certificate to operate watercraft with 25hp+ engines. This is strictly enforced on Lake Wallenpaupack by the PA Fish and Boat Commission. Proof of certification will be required when renting. If you do not already have a boating certificate, you can obtain one online at ilearntoboat.com.


ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED: Alcohol consumption by boat operators is prohibited under PA Fish & Game Commission and Coast Guard regulations. Rentals will be denied to anyone appearing under the influence of any substance.
